Distribution service for promotional pieces, without address indication, aiming to reach a defined city, district or street public, according to client need.


Who can use it: Juridical person, self-employed professionals and candidates to political position.

Characteristics:

Distribution modalities:- Random: distribution of objects in normal mailman route; - Selective: distribution per locality, district, street, domicile type (residential or commercial) and intercalated delivery;    - Internal: promotional material is inserted in Postal boxes or exposed in displays, in Correios post offices.  

How it works: The following items are considered Home Postal Direct Mail:

- Catalogues; - Guides, prices lists; - Magazines; - Newspapers;           - Periodical publications;  - Alternative cultural publications;  - Non-completed forms;  - Advertisement propectuses;
- Political propaganda by party or candidate; - Event divulgation;        - Audio and video tapes; - Audio and multimedia CDs; - Key holders, caps and T-shirts;

Delivery: Delivery location: Home.  

Foreseen delivery terms: 5 business days from the date of promotional pieces delivery in distribution unit,  except for: - Force majeure reasons (floods, fires, etc.); - postal object retention for fiscalization;  - object retention by police authorities;     - incomplete or incorrect addressee addressing;

- Difficulty of access to the locality (irregular or low frequency transportation); - Difficulty of access to address.

Why use this service?

- Progressive discounts for postage to be invoiced equal or superior to 100 thousand objects and postage at sight equal or superior to 20 thousand objects;  - Allows inclusion of other types of media like CD and audio tapes; - Allows inclusion of souvenirs and products samples; - Allows inclusion of letter, card and commercial parcel envelope;  - Allows clients registration upon reply letter, card or envelope return;  - Allows choice of distribution area for promotional materials;

- Does not require self-adhesive postage stamps or postage meter impress, and franking seal standardized by Correios must be indicated on objects.

This product can be contracted by means of Multiple Simplified Contract.

The modality “to be invoiced” of service is made upon contract that can be made in  Each state commercial managements.

Postage
Postage will be carried out in Correions unit linked to Contract.

Price
Price is defined by thousands or fraction, according to tariff established in  Prices list specific to the service.

Discount: Payment at sight: postages equal or superior to 20,000 objects;
Payment to be invoiced: postages above 100,000 objects.

Weight limits: 300 g.

Dimensions limits: Minimum: 9 cm x 14 cm.
Maximum: length shorter or equal to 60 cm.

Guidance
Addressing cannot contain any indications of addressee name and address;

It shall contain sender identification.

Packing: Direct mail shall be enveloped or closed with tags, so as to allow for content verification. Messages that allow identification of segment to which it is destined can be included on envelope or tag. To learn more
